I’ve been doing ministry marketing full-time since 2000. I remember my first business card and website but more than that I remember the “call” on my life to do this work. It was a very lonely place because I had no role models, no road map and no clients. I just knew that God told me to step out of the boat and do the work to help ministries market their message. I struggled to understand. Did God mean to work with only churches, to work with para-church ministries, to work with Christian authors, preachers? I wasn’t 100% sure.
But, I do remember praying and Him saying, “just go” and I had enough faith to keep moving. Over the years, as I kept going I have worked with local churches, mega ministries, first-time authors to New York Times best selling authors. I’ve helped all my clients grasp and get a ministry marketing mindset that glorifies GOD. That’s what I’m anointed to do. My gift made room for me and I love my career.
